1. Template Purchase Policy

When you purchase one of our WordPress website templates, you will receive an email containing a link with a zip file with the template, along with a comprehensive guide and step-by-step instructions.

We strive to deliver your template within 3 working days of purchase. However, please note that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays, though this is rare. If you have not received your template within 3 working days, please submit a support ticket. Please be aware that delivery times may also be affected during holidays.

Once you upload the template to your WordPress dashboard, it becomes your responsibility to add content and make any necessary customizations. If any accidental changes are made to the template, we are unable to reverse them. However, we do offer hourly support services to assist with requested changes or adjustments.

You will need an active Elementor subscription and a hosting provider to use our templates.

Each template purchase includes a one-time delivery of the selected template:

If you accidentally modify or delete your template and need it resent, you will be required to repurchase it.
If your website is deleted and you need the template resent, you will also need to repurchase it.

Additionally, it is your responsibility to secure web hosting and subscribe to Elementor to be able to use the template effectively.

2. Template Refund Policy

Since all our products are digital, they are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. We are unable to offer refunds after a purchase is completed. Please make sure to review the template demos, features, FAQs, and requirements carefully before purchasing. If you have any specific questions about a template, feel free to contact us prior to making your purchase.

3. Support Policy

We offer 30 days of support for general questions and installation help following your purchase. Support is provided via email at support@digitalbeautyboutique.com, and we aim to respond within 2 business days (Monday to Friday).

Please note, however, that we cannot provide support for general WordPress-related questions, hosting or coding modifications, or any issues related to external software.

If you need assistance with template modifications, custom coding, or other advanced help, we offer hourly support at a fixed rate of €49 per hour.

4. Install Policy

We do not provide installation services for templates—this is your responsibility. However, we offer detailed guidelines and step-by-step instructions to help you through the process.

Please note that securing a domain, hosting, and an Elementor subscription is the buyer’s responsibility. While we don’t provide these services, we can assist if needed.

5. General Website Template Policy

Each Website Template purchase is valid for use on a single project or website (e.g., 1 WordPress Template = 1 Website). If you wish to use the same template for multiple websites, you must purchase an additional license for each use.

By purchasing a template, you agree to the following terms:

If using the template to create a design for a client, you may not claim or promote the design as solely your own.
You are not permitted to resell or claim the template design as your own work.
Sharing the template, graphics, files, or any design elements included in your purchase with others is prohibited.
Any photography included with the template is for demonstration purposes only and is copyrighted to its original creator. You are responsible for replacing these images with your own or sourcing them independently. We are not liable for any licensing or copyright issues that may arise from unlawful use of these images.

All designs and files, with the exception of some photography and pre-made Canva graphics, are copyrighted by Codesignmv. Codesignmv retains full ownership of the design and its associated files.

Your completed website may be featured in our template showcase, on sales pages, or on our social media for promotional purposes.

While you have lifetime access to the templates, we cannot guarantee lifetime updates to their content.
